Client Eligibility

At the present time, I primarily work with residents of Ohio. I am credentialed with PSYPACT, which legally affords me the ability to work with clients in many other states; however, insurance providers often do not support this practice. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in services and reside mostly or completely out-of-state during the year.

Many of my clients meet with me via telehealth, but I also have an office where clients can meet with me face-to-face. If you prefer in-person services, please reach out to me to discuss options.  Please see this link below with more information about how I use telehealth and its benefits.

I am a generalist who works with individual adults.  I do not work with adolescents or children, and I do not work with couples and families.  Minors are better served by working with therapists who have specialized in child and adolescent psychology.  Similarly, couples and families should seek out therapists who have chosen specific training in this area.

Prior to my current position, I used to work at Case Western Reserve University. Now that I am in private practice exclusively, I am fully able to serve as a community provider for clients who are enrolled as students at CWRU, the Cleveland Institute of Music, the Cleveland Institute of Art, the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, and the Lerner College of Medicine. I can also work with all other Ohio college students.

I currently do not offer any therapy groups, but I am an experienced group therapist and may choose to provide this service in the future.
